Principle

This is an essay website (Table and World, the English edition of tischundwelt.ch). It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and contains no forms. No personal data is collected for advertising purposes.

Hosting and access data

The website is hosted by Kreativmedia GmbH in Switzerland. When a page is requested, the server records access data in log files for technical reasons: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser used. This data serves security and troubleshooting, is deleted after a short period and is not linked to other data.

Newsletter

The newsletter is sent via Substack (Substack Inc., USA). Subscribing takes you away from this website. You enter your email address directly with Substack, and Substack's privacy policy applies to its processing. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of every email.

This website links to Substack and Instagram. When you open those links, the respective providers' terms apply. This website does not embed content from those providers.

If you write to us by email, you transmit your address and the content of your message. This information is used only to reply and is not passed on.
